How its works
Our keep it simple approach:
No deposit - We don't require a deposit at any stage. Simply secure your unit by completing the booking process via the website.
Secure your Storage unit up to 30 days in advance - Complete the booking process via the website, you will be given the option to select your "move in" date this can be up to 30 days in advance. Great if you don't need it now, but want to tick this off your list and secure a unit.
Billing starts on the day you move in. Biling then runs monthly from your move in day.
Need to cancel. No worries, you can cancel at any point before your move in day (with no penalty - we are totally flexible). Once you are in and the monthly billing cycle has started, you can cancel at any time - simply login into your online account and click cancel. On cancellation the billing cycle will stop and you wont be invoiced again. You will have access to your storage unit up until the date of your normal billing date.
E.g. you move in on the 7th of the month, you run the storage for a few months then decide to cancel on the 1st of the month, you will still have access to the unit until the 7th. You wont receive any more invoices and your Unit will then be made available to others to book from the 8th.
Process for booking: Complete your booking via the website, on the morning of your move in day- we will email you the Unit Number of your allocated unit, the access code for the gate and links to directions to the site. The emails will be automatically sent at 6am on your move in day so will be in your inbox ready to go.
